I'm doing politics differently ahead of the biggest election in North Yorkshire's history.
I'm spending the 100 days before polling day touring towns, villages and rural hamlets in my trusty campervan Peggy.
I'll be visiting 1,000 stops in total across our vast county.
My message is simple but important: You matter. Every community matters.
You will not be forgotten. You will not be overlooked.
And I'll be a mayor who represents all parts of the vast county we call home.
